Low tide. Late afternoon with blue skies in east and to the west the heavy clouds in the sky appeared dark gray... almost black. What cannot be seen is a beautiful rainbow (painted wet on wet ) - but it disappeared as strong winds suddenly came from the northwest and plastered sand over the painting. I call it 'Mother Nature's Hand' participating in this endeavor. I was just finding out that I was in a partnership with God in doing this project. The wind slowed down and the rain started to pour and washed away the rainbow colors. You reach a point when the foul weather tells you to shut it down and go home for a hot cup of coffee which is what I did. It was a good feeling of having accomplished something worthwhile.
