It is late afternoon as the sun is setting. Gentle layers of rapid moving cloud formations are painted in constantly changing pastel colored images. It is like a giant canvas in the sky. A heavy haze of sea mist lingers over the entire beach scene as the density of it changes as darkness builds. Sunlight dictates what we see and I marvel at the change of scenery as the sun drops over the edge of the Pacific horizon.
